I have been suffering with my jaw pain and gum pain from past 10 yrs . I got tired of many treatments and medications, which in turn effected my body badly. One of my friend suggested Dr. Nivedita and fortunately I have taken perfect decision to come here and consult her. Dr. Nivedita spent almost 1 1/2 hr on me and diagnosed my issue . She suggested few treatments and I started taking it and following whatever doctor has advised me . I can see the improvement within 4 days of treatment. In past I have accepted that I have to live with these pains , but all thanks to the doctor who has changed my perspective. My issue is not related to dental , it’s all related to my muscles , but still she is able to diagnose my issue . Thank you will be small word doctor , but thanks a ton Dr. Nivedita.

Visit to a dentist is something that gets postponed easily. Finally, I was forced to take the plunge recently. Chosing 'American Smiles' to get my dental problems fixed is one of the wisest thing that I did. Very courteous reception every time I visited. Dr.Nivi soothes your nerve when she patiently explains the treatment. Numbing the area of treatment was very optimal and left me with zero pain during and after the treatment. The other doctors are also extremely capable. Next time around I will not find an excuse to delay my visits to a dentist!!!

I got a composite crown done here that covers 3 upper teeth including 1 molar. Even though the crown setting was good I had slight discomfort while eating, in the molar behind the crown. So I went again for consultation and the doctor diagnosed a decay in the molar behind the crown. As suggested by the doctor I got a root canal done for the molar after which the crown was refitted by temporary cement to check for any possible infections. I was pleasantly surprised as there was absolutely no pain after the root canal and I didn't need any pain killers.
After about a month the crown was removed and refitted with permanent cement and now it is perfect.
Even on the cost front it was great as the doctor only charged for the first time crown fitting and root canal. All other visits for crown removal/refitting were not charged.

My experience at this dental clinic has been very nice. I was suffering from snoring problem. As per my doctors suggestion, I started using the implants which is crafted specifically as per our teeth structure. I can assure you that my snoring problem has reduced and my partner is not complaining about this issue. Best part which i like about here is that regular checkups are scheduled post dental treatment to check on the progress or in case any issues are faced by the patient.
It was a correct decision to come to this place and get solution for my problem.

Had taken my 3 year old son to the clinic last month as he had multiple cavities in the teeth. We were treated well by the doctor and the staff. My son was made to feel comfortable right from the beginning. The staff gave him toys and set the mood for the doctor to proceed with the treatment. The treatment was complete in around 30 minutes and we were pleasantly surprised to note that the 3 year old kid cooperated well, thanks to the doctor and the staff. The clinic is clean and neat. Overall it was a very satisfying and a good visit to the clinic

My 7 year old daughter has hypocalcification and needs constant examination. I was very relived and happy to meet Dr Nivedita and her team . Her clinic is located opp. The fire brigade on Sarjapura road which itself is a big plus as don’t have to trek into town for a check up.
The clinic is very clean and well maintained with a great view of the lake from the dentist chair. Both my children liked the team and the job done is very professional. The doctors are good and it has been a good experience

I had an excellent experience here. Dr. Nivetha Kumar and Dr. Lakshmi were so professional and friendly, and they explained things pretty clearly to me. I underwent treatment for my TMJ disorder and cavity filling, and they treated me with extra care and helped relieve my pain speedily. Also, they found out the root cause of the pain and recommended the consult Physiotherapist Dr. Anitha Rosaline. This clinic is very neat and hygienic with modern dental equipments. Dr. Anitha Rosaline is very professional and is highly experienced. Moreover she was so friendly and patiently listened to my health problems and historical events associated with my pain. I had chronic pain for a very long time and she accurately diagnosed the problem as Cervical spondylitis with radiculopathy and trapeziitis. She treated each affected part with extra care and she makes sure of her patient's well being. I highly recommend her especially for those looking for relief from chronic issues.

My son has got braces at American Smiles clinic. We chose American Smile for their friendly and caring staff as well as due to their "no tooth extraction" unless absolutely necessary policy. My son had crowding of the teeth in both the upper and lower jaw. We can see a significant improvement in the alignment of the tooth in a matter of just 4 months. Highly recommend!

Dr.Nivedita and her team of doctors are really efficient , patient and they explain things pretty clearly to their patients. I have done my gum lengthening and cap fixing procedure from her and my mom has had several tooth extraction and cap fixing procedures done . All of them were painlessly executed as well.
